Review: Urban Decay Naked 2

Here is a little review on the Urban Decay Naked 2 palette just because its my favorite ever! I realize that this is probably a 1 in a million review on the naked 2 palette but you can never read too my reviews right? :)

So this is what it looks like as many people will know. It also comes in a beautiful packaged box with a little lip gloss which i seem to have mis-placed. (I'm not a huge fan of lip glosses) I think urban decay eye shadow palettes are probably one of the best in the market at the minute. I have tried many different high street eye shadows and yes there are some very good ones but they all seem to react with my skin since my eyes are very sensitive to make-up. I haven't tried mac eye shadows but i'm sure i will give them ago at some point. Now i have to admit I have had this for a while now probably nearing on 9 month so i'm been bad reviewing something I have used so much ops! :)

Foxy, Half Baked, Bootycall, Chopper, Tease, Snakebite, Suspect, Pistol, Verve, YDK,  Busted,  Blackout
I've put the names underneath just in case you can't see them. As you can see they are all beautiful colours and all come within my colour style which is fairly nudey and plain just like me! Of course i do have my favorites but I think this palette offers you an all round everyday, going out look. You can mix and match them to make all sorts of different looks which is perfect. I feel like this is probably the only palette i use for all occasions. A lot of them are quite shimmery but there is a few matte ones as well. They are all very pigmented and with a base/primer they stay on all day and don't crease which is amazing. They don't irritate my skin like a lot of eye shadows which just says to me how top quality these are.

I decided to put three onto my hand just to show you. (sorry about the picture quality) Starting from the left, this one is half baked. I really enjoy using this colour it is sorta shimmery, i like to use this in the corner of my eye and blend it into the middle just to give a bit of brightest to the corner. The second colour is tease, now i use this practically everyday no matter what look i am going for. I absolutely love this colour it is a typical me colour which is a nice light brown. I like to blend this into the middle and then use this as a base to get darker on the end of my eye. (normally a smokey look) Lastly is busted which is one of the darkest colours in this palette. I have only started using this colour a bit more because of the darkest on my fair skin. If I use this it is probably only for a smokey eye affect and even then it is the tiniest amount. It is a beautiful colour though. They all blend so well in together unlike some high street eye shadows.

I do really enjoy this palette, when i bought it, I think it was around the £36 mark but i'm not sure of the price at this current date. I think this is an expensive palette and at first i did regret paying that much for it but once you get to know it I'd now say it is well worth the money! I would of liked a few more matte colours within this palette. Overall a lovely buy and i would definitely recommend to anyone who is really looking for an all in one palette.
