My aspirations

I was scrolling through twitter and found the blogger group 'sbloggers' which is basically student bloggers. This put a little smile on my face because my mind has been so pre occupied with uni since the beginning of the year and although I am doing well and passing all modules with flying colours I can't help but think about what I am going to do after uni.

I know I want to end up within lecturing and research but how i can get there seems to be proving slightly more difficult than first thought. Although I would love to become a lecturer the thought of teaching anyone younger does not give me happy thoughts!

Before I go into lecturing and research I need to find a full time job which I can do while studying for my PhD and Masters! Therefore I would love to do something which sort of related. So far the things that have came up are: an equality officer or something within HR or a graduate scheme somewhere.

Therefore this leaves me still lost for what I actually want to do, I love blogging and writing and would love if I could just do this on the side of studying but unfortunately I fall in love and out love with blogging and go through stages of doing lots of blogging and very little! I basically haven't found anything that keeps me motivated enough to do it for long enough!

What do you guys do to keep you motivated and do any of you have your career path planned out? Let me know in the comments :)

Bobbi Brown limited edition Shimmer Brick

Hey guys hope you are all ok! These pictures were taken at Christmas hence the christmasy background. So this was bought for me from Connor Thanks! :) Bobbi Brown do little limited edition things throughout the year and this was on in November, I had to wait a full month to use it.

The packaging of this product is so amazing, i love to carry it around and because of the mirror it goes everywhere with me. It is so Bobbi Brown and I literally love this brand at the minute, it is by far becoming my favourite makeup brand.

\
So I think this shimmer brick is such an amazing group of colours. Just swiping your brush over all four colours gives a natural and shimmery tone to your cheeks. I normally put this on my cheeks then go over it with powder to set it and then but a blusher over the top, but this still shines though.

When I first got this I didn't know whether I would like it as much as the Urban decay bronzer which is reviewed here
But, I do like them both the same, I use the Urban decay bronzer more for contouring whereas this can be used for a blush or for contour. This is such an amazing product and I am so glad the woman tried this on my or I most likely wouldn't of bought it.

This is definitely a holy grail product to me now!

This was £35.00

Liz Earle gift set + review

Hey guys, another one of my christmas presents coming up, THANKYOU MAM!

This is the gift set which my beautiful Mam got my for christmas and it was a complete surprise. I have always thought I would never try any other skincare products apart from things from Clinque. Although this gift set has changed my mind.

So these are the products that come within this set: Hot cloth cleanser, Hot cloth, eye bright, instant boost skin tonic.

The Hot cloth cleanser is now in my everyday skin routine which was definitely my mams aim as she also uses it religiously. This stuff is amazing, the website describes this as a concentrated but gentle cleanser it is plant based. This makes it very natural and no matter how sensitive your skin this shouldn't affect it at all. It is made for all ages and skin types. So all of you can use this no matter what your skin type.
It is a cream based product and I normally use about two pumps and rub it all over my face with slightly extra applied to my dry patches. I then make sure the water is warm/hot and wipe everything off my face with the cloth which is given. I normally do it on a morning and evening and it fits in perfectly with my routine. This product is definitely worth a try, it will most likely be one of the best cleansers you will try.
100ml starter kit (with cloth) £14.75

Now I haven't used these as much as the hot cloth cleanser mainly because I have other products I use but I will start using these more and get a review up! They are both liquid based so I mainly apply them with a cotton pad.

Thankyou for reading I hope you enjoyed it

I can't give a price for the gift set because it was a christmas thing!
Although they do plenty of sets which could give you a little starter kit if you would like to try this brand!
